Alpha of Scenario Terrain Guide

Hello everyone,
I am working on a narrative map campaign and part of the work towards that is assigning three levels of terrain to each hex. The three levels are primary, secondary, and rare. For each level, you roll a d3 and it suggests terrain features to include for the scenario.
For example, northeast Njorsvald might have a hex that is Forest-Tundra-Mountain. As a result you can roll for a glade that has a copse replaced with a glacial pool featuring extra rocky scatter terrain.
It's of course suggestive and not prescriptive. Just something to help shake one out of complacency and help make certain locales feel that little bit more different. Unseen there are elements for regions that have settlements, rivers, and so on.
