Customs Information

If you are purchasing from outside of the UK, please be aware of any import or customs fees charged by your country. Warp Miniatures is not a VAT registered business, and as such your country may charge you VAT on your shipment.

Retail Packaging:

All products sold on the Warp Miniatures website are provided without retail packaging, as it is issued solely for our retail partners. If you would like to receive your orders in their official retail packaging, please consider purchasing from one of our stockists, or email us at enquiries@warpminiatures.com and we will be happy to help.

Please note - only the ArcWorlde: Second Edition range has retail packaging, and not all of the products have it as an option, Please contact us for more information.

Handling time:
Orders will usually be dispatched next working day (excluding weekends) if purchased before 11:30pm GMT. However during busy periods this may take a little longer.

If an order is placed containing items that are out of stock, The whole order will not be dispatched until the items are back in stock, and you will be notified by email once dispatched.
