Customs & Import Charges

If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT or customs clearance fees when it arrives in your country.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Warp Miniatures has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

For orders to the United States, any applicable import duties or tariffs collected at checkout will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Where available, these charges are prepaid so that your parcel can pass through customs more smoothly.

Retail Packaging

Products purchased directly from the Warp Miniatures website are supplied without retail packaging. Our retail packaging is reserved for our independent stockists and retail partners.

If you would prefer to receive your order in official retail packaging, please consider purchasing from one of our stockists or contact us at hello@warpminiatures.com before placing your order. We'll always do our best to help.

Dispatch Times

Warp Miniatures is a small independent family business, and every order is carefully packed by hand.

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) of receiving your order. During particularly busy periods, new product launches or convention weekends, dispatch may take a little longer.

If your order contains an item that is temporarily out of stock, we'll hold the order until all items are available and dispatch everything together. If this affects your order, we'll let you know by email.
