About Us

Welcome to Warp Miniatures, your ultimate destination for all things characterful and exciting in the world of tabletop gaming miniatures. We are proud to be the home of the fantasy skirmish game, ArcWorlde, where epic battles and thrilling adventures await. But that's not all - we also offer a range of 3D printables and provide commission services to cater to all your tabletop miniature needs.

Team

Warp Miniatures was founded in 2010 by Alex Huntley in the village of Wetwang in Yorkshire. What began as a small personal project has grown into a family-run business based between East Yorkshire and Nottingham in the UK.

Alex Huntley is the founder and lead sculptor at Warp Miniatures. He designs fantasy miniatures and tabletop games with a strong focus on character, storytelling and craft. His first Kickstarter launched while he was still at university, and he has been working in the industry ever since. Alex combines traditional hand-sculpting with digital work in ZBrush, moving between analogue and digital processes depending on what each piece calls for. Alongside sculpting, he also works as an illustrator, using both digital tools and ink.

Rob Huntley oversees casting at Warp Miniatures and plays a key role in maintaining production quality across the studio. He is also Alex’s dad. Many of Warp’s resin models are cast by hand under his watch, with careful attention to consistency and finish.

Dawn Huntley looks after packing and shipping, making sure orders are prepared and sent out safely to customers around the world. If you’ve received a Warp parcel in good condition, she’s the reason.

Wingshan Huntley works across Warp Miniatures’ creative strategy, events and collaborations. With a background in art history and museum work, she brings experience in artist development, curation and production, supporting the studio’s wider creative direction.

Community

Warp Miniatures has always been about people as much as models. Gaming and painting are social things, and a lot of what we do is shaped by the community around our work.

Our players and painters come from all over the world. They organise online painting challenges, arrange local game meet-ups, and share ideas, conversions and works in progress. ArcWorlde fans also meet up once a year in Nottingham for a relaxed weekend of painting, gaming and hanging out.

You can find the Warp community on Discord, Facebook and Instagram. It’s the best place to chat with other hobbyists, share what you’re working on, and hear about new releases and events.
